She has worked for more than ten years to support students and individuals in their professional decision-making process as one of the founders of the career counseling company, Growth Centre (I) Pvt. Ltd. She has a postgraduate business administration diploma. She has a postgraduate diploma in career counseling and a focus on human resources. She is also a Certified Psychometrician & Assessor and a certified MBTI® practitioner.

Suchitra has given numerous student presentations on "Careers in India and Abroad" on a variety of platforms (educational institutions, prestigious publications, NGOs). In addition to counseling, she routinely contributes to a weekly piece focused on careers and youth that is featured in The Times of India's regional edition, Maharashtra Times 'Future Now,' and Afternoon Newspaper.
