Two Master Mariners, Capt. S.S. Ghotra (20 years of sailing experience on various ships) and Capt. Amarjeet Singh Ghotra (20 years of sailing experience) are in charge of the company's setup. They have a crew of several nationalities and are experts in the tanker industry, including chemical tankers and LPG carriers. They have also been active in manning activities since 2010.

In charge of their beloved company, Gurship Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd., which they have nurtured and managed with their extensive knowledge, are Captains S.S. Ghotra and Captain A.S. Ghotra.

For its sibling company DG Approved Institute - G.E.T Maritime Training Institute, the company has purchased around 26 courses at the Main Frame building, Royal Palms, Goregaon (E). All of their classrooms have air conditioning and the most modern training tools.
